Reading Wonders Leveled
Readers Project

2017-2018

Lead Project Manager on complex deadline-driven project involving throughput of 1000 multi-leveled Readers for R&P. Managed and converted thousands of images and errata from multiple sources, including international team. Orchestrated package release team, which delivered with high accuracy involving errata, images and report exports.

Acted as Consultant and Staff leader, creating difficult workflow involving editorial and production analysis and useage of 1STEP reports. As project unfolded, managed delivery of reports, errata and images at separate times, for separate reasons: at the request of client.

In this project I utilized: Initiating, Planning, Executing, and Monitoring & Controlling.
